The Ohio Education Computer Network (OECN), comprised of 18 Information Technology Centers (ITCs), is seeking proposals for a one-year contract regarding E-Rate legal services. These services may include advice, legal research, instruction on becoming and maintaining certification as a service provider, answers to specific Federal law questions concerning forms 470 and 471, and an annual meeting or seminar. More detailed information regarding the scope of services can be found in the formal Request for Proposals.
Attorneys with E-Rate expertise who are currently licensed to practice law in Washington, DC are encouraged to submit a response. Proposals must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. EDT on May 30, 2019. It is expected that the successful proposal will be selected within 4 weeks of the closing date.
